Some international BTS fans take been frustrated with the language barrier when it comes to issues related to BTS and information technology seems like their concerns will shortly be a thing of the past!

honestly, Large Hitting has and so much to work on in terms of communicating with International fans. We have every right to feel upset coz about of the fourth dimension IARMY don't feel included. Many of the bug have been resolved past simply posting in english on BTS official twitter account.

i don't similar how we ever accept to rely on fan translators either. Big Hit as a company is responsible for communicating with its customers. It is an urgent situation where hiring more staff to solve communication issues with intl fans and promotion for BTS abroad.
